Thank you for choosing Georgetown Little League!
We hope you and your kids have a great time this year!
PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE DIVISIONS THIS YEAR AS THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES!
AND THERE ARE NO IN-PERSON REGISTRATIONS THIS YEAR
Note to returning users: When you log into your account to register, you will see the programs you or your child have signed up for in past years as the system saves this information. All programs list the year so please don't think you are already registered if the program year lists 2012.
Boundaries: If you are new to GLL or have moved recently, please verify you are within our borders before you register. There are grandfather clauses that may allow you to play in our league if you are outside, but please contact the registration director to see if you qualify. The image below is GLL's boundaries.
How to Register Video: This video is generalized but does give the basics on how to use the system. However, there are some items that are different:
After you select a program and see the restrictions for your first child, you will be asked about our Adopt-A-Team donation program.
After you've registered your last child, you will see the screen that allows you to pay with a credit card or register another child. If you are paying by check, you are done on the computer and you can simply mail your check to: Box 553, Jenison, MI 49429 so we receive it before February 28.
Registration Closing Time: Note that there are different registration cutoff dates for different divisions due to tryouts and differing start dates. Players added after the Late Date listed will be put on a waiting list with late fees and will be added as space allows. You are able to pay for waitlist players now and if your player is not added to a team, 100% of the registration fee paid will be returned. Majors Baseball and Softball have hard closing dates of tbd due to tryouts.
Questions: If you have any questions, please .
How to Register Online: To get started, you will need to select the division you want to register for from the League Age charts below and then finding this division in the Registration Program List at the bottom of this page. Your child may be eligible for more than one division so please make sure you check the chart. The program is setup to allow you to register a child only in a division that meets their requirements determined by their birthdate and gender. Once selected, the program will ask you to open your personal account. Returning players should have an account. Simply log in with your email and password, verify all the information is correct, and then continue on with the registration.
If you've forgotten your password or are not sure you have one, simply type in your email address only and it will email you a new password. If the email entered is not associated with your account, it will allow you to start a new account by entering your guardian's info and then the children's info. (Note that if you have several emails associated with your account, any one of them will pull up your account.)
League Age: Division placement is based on your player's League age which is determined by Little League International's guidelines. See the Baseball and Softball League Age charts below to determine the applicable division (or divisions) available for your child. Please note that several ages have two divisions available to them so please verify which division you want prior to starting the registration process.

Volunteers: Please complete the Volunteer Application registration if you are interested in volunteering as a manager or coach, a parent helper that assists with practice, an umpire, concession runner, a board member, or a park volunteer who helps out wherever is needed around the fields.
Payment: The program is setup to accept Visa/Mastercard immediately or you can pay with check by mail. Even though registration ends earlier, you may send checks so they are received by February 28 for Majors and below. Note there are no additional fees for either method. If you would like to pay in cash for online registration, please contact the registration director.
Coach/Family Team Shirts: Coaches are not supplied a team shirt so if you'd like to have a team shirt, please order them at registration. A total of five additional Team shirts may be ordered during registration for coaches or so families can show their team spirit during the season. These will be the same shirts as the players with the exception that there will be no numbers on the back and the softball family shirts will have sleeves for Senior Minor and above. The team shirt prices vary by division and the shirts will be delivered with the player uniforms to the team managers. If you need to purchase more, please contact the Registration Director.
Family Maximum: The maximum family registration discount is that any players registered after the first three are free. Therefore, it is advisable to register your younger children first to reduce your total cost.
Player Evaluations/Tryouts: NOTE: Information regarding tryout times will be emailed this year, not mailed.
Emails will be sent out with your specific heat time.
